Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. The service
WebinarCaster provides software for hosting evergreen and scheduled webinars, including registration pages, a live room, timed calls to action, and AI-assisted chat simulation. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive right to use the service for your own webinars.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One subscription covers one workspace; sharing a login across separate organisations is not permitted.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude tax where applicable. Plan limits (webinars, attendees per session and feature access) are enforced by the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to mislead attendees about material facts, to make claims you cannot support, or to violate the terms of any platform you connect. Scripted chat content must not impersonate real, identifiable people without their consent, and must comply with the consumer-protection and advertising laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the content you publish and for disclosures your jurisdiction requires.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the webinars, recordings, copy and attendee data you upload. You grant us the limited right to host and process it to operate the service. You confirm you have a lawful basis to collect and process the registrant data you gather.
6. Third-party services
Connecting a CRM, an AI provider key or a video host means your data is also handled under that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or charges you incur with your own AI provider account.
7. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the app where practical.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue.
9. Termination
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. On termination your public pages stop serving and your data is deleted after a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
